Oh, my poor neglected blog. I feel like I have been SO busy lately.
When Delaney does occasionally take an afternoon nap, I think about blogging.
But, then I think about watching Dr. Phil instead, and it usually wins out.
Until Mark gets home and says
"Why are you watching this, I don't even think he is a real doctor!"
and I say
"I KNOW, but this man was married for 30 years and has 10 kids and left them all for a 19 year old girl and his family is trying to cope"
'cause that is my justification of it being okay to watch.
I missed Dr. Phil yesterday though, so I could get some blogging time. There is a LOT going around this house.
We are trying to move, so we are showing the house, which means my house is the cleanest it will ever be. It also means that in the middle of the day, I have to pack up my toddler, niece, dog, dad, sister, and laundry and throw them in the car 'cause somebody wants to see the house
(okay, I'm not throwing my dad or sister, but you get the point).
Delaney had her first haircut and took her first airplane ride this spring, when we visited family in Hawaii. I found out I own the world's most expensive dog when he tore the ACL in his other leg, making it his SECOND $2,000 surgery in a year (and he doesn't even play football).
But our biggest announcement will be told in pictures....all I can say is that this will be one crazy Christmas season!
Congrats on the baby! I'm sure you will find a way to balance it all! We just have to as moms!
